These terms govern your use of the Garage Auto mobile app, operated by HUMANTECH COMPANY("we", "us"). By using Garage Auto you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Garage Auto is a marketplace that helps buyers find cars and contact sellers, including dealerships and individuals. We are not a party to any sale: we do not own, inspect or guarantee the cars listed, and we are not responsible for agreements made between buyers and sellers. Check a car and its documents before you buy.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You sign in with your mobile number. Keep it and your device secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Listings and other content

  • You are responsible for everything you publish: listings, photos, stories, requests, reviews and messages.
  • Listings must describe a real car you are entitled to sell, with an honest price and condition, and photos of that car that you have the right to use.
  • Hot deals must be genuine offers and end when their timer runs out. Listings expire after a set period unless renewed.
  • Do not publish content that is false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or advertises anything other than cars and related services.
  • We may review, hide or remove content, and limit or close accounts, that break these terms or the law.

4. Permission to show your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and share it within the service and to promote the service, for as long as it is published and for a reasonable time after removal.

5. Contacting other users

Use the contact details you receive through Garage Auto only for the car in question. Do not send spam, harass other users, or ask for payment outside a safe, verifiable process.

6. Subscriptions

Some features for sellers are offered through paid plans. The price, period and features of each plan are shown in the app before you subscribe, together with the payment and cancellation terms that apply.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Garage Auto available and accurate but provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses arising from transactions between users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you in the app when a change is significant. Continuing to use Garage Auto after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
